Book early and you’ll be fine. After sending a request, the host usually responds within 24 hours. In the meantime, we may ask you to verify your identity – some hosts require this and this helps keep our community safe.
We Find You a Space supports different payment methods depending on the country where your payment account is located.
After selecting your country, you’ll see available payment methods on the checkout page.
Debit and Credit cards that can be used such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB.
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal
You cannot pay for your entire We Find You a Space stay or experience with more than one payment method, such as two different credit cards, unless you have Airbnb credits or a coupon to utilise.
You might have the option to select a payment plan for some reservations.
Booking Questions
Altered plans? No issue. You may cancel your request and submit a new one as long as your reservation status is still Pending: You can either cancel a pending trip request by going to Trips or simply selecting Withdraw request in your messaging thread with the host.
Please visit your dashboard located top right to find your reservation.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the reservation is accepted by the host.
