Plot

After a family tragedy, three generations of the Dietz family return home to Winter River. Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her teenage daughter Astrid accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife. The acting was good

license. The special effects were amazing. But there was so much plot. And none of them had enough time to fully develop. Either plot could have been the focus of the entire film.

It’s very unfortunate

All the action was rushed and ended so quickly. And too much attention was paid to Lydia’s father. Honestly, they didn’t even have to deal with the fact that he wasn’t in the movie. The actor is a sex offender in real life, so why even talk about his character? He didn’t add anything to the film.

It was boring

There are also a lot of ghosts from part 1 that I think should have been in this sequel – just use makeup and special effects like in Beetlejuice. Or recycle them if you don’t want them to show they’re out of date. I almost passed out in the first hour. The movie was not good until the second hour.
