For Renters
Click on the “Sign Up” button on our homepage and follow the prompts to create an account using your email address or social media profile.
Browsing and applying for properties is free. However, some properties may require a background check or application fee, which will be specified in the listing.
Once you find a property you’re interested in, click the “Schedule Viewing” button on the listing page to choose a convenient time slot. The property owner or manager will confirm the appointment.

Log in to your account and click on “List a Property.” Follow the steps to provide

Listing a property is free. However, there is a commission fee for successful rentals, which will be deducted from the first month’s rent once the lease is signed.

Payments and Transactions
Once your rental application is approved, you can set up payments through our secure payment system. You will receive notifications for upcoming payments and
